A shared passionOur recipe: the ancient traditional flavors of old, simple ingredients, olives, work, care and passion. We invest in continuous improvement: it is the personal challenge of the Rampa family, never to be satisfied. All the awards that every year reward our quality, encourage us to continue on the path of uncompromising quality. Every year samples of our production are sent to a panel of expert tasters to get confirmation from them that the path we are on is the right one. Our work styleWe chose to dedicate ourselves to micro productions, highly refined and very high quality, with a yield which unfortunately does not exceed 10% of the total production; this means that 100 kg of olives yield no more than 10 kg of olive oil. The specific weight of olive oil is 915 to 919 (kg/m3), which means a liter of olive oil doesn't reaches the weight of 1 Kg. Il Brolo adopted a code of conduct with much more restrictive limits than PDO imposes. The confirmation of a work style always oriented towards professionalism, fairness and respect for human values, in any field they might express themselves. Care for every detailWe take care of every detail in order to achieve the highest possible quality. Our agronomist, Marco Penitenti, constantly monitors the cultivation process and scrupulously follow the best cultivation techniques, using only products eligible for selection in organic farming. We carefully control every step of the production process, from pruning to fertilizing, treating, collecting and selecting our olives, all the way to bottling time. |
